High on a mountain top.....

Saturday Dec. 27th- We threw out the idea of taking down Christmas decorations and decided to pack up every warm thing we had in the house to go sleding. We drove to Bountiful to the Eagle Ridge golf course. The thermometer read 32 degrees...wind chill: closer to 15! Call me whimpy, but I couldn't stand to be out in it for very long...I would leave the truck to take some pictures and then run back to it, my fingers hurt just in a few minutes of taking a few pictures. I am truely impressed that the kids lasted as long as they did.

Kort and Jim went first:

Wipe out!

The hill was so steep that Kortlan couldn't make it to the top without Jim pulling him up.

Kendrie and Olivia had a good time trying to figure out how to go down without letting go of each other, I swear those two could be joined at the hip! :)

Kendrie and Jim went down one last time. Jim's feet fell off the sled after a jump and sprayed both of them with ice powder! Their poor faces were so red and sore by the time they made it back to the truck. :(

Wet hair, frozen faces, icicles for fingers, wet, frozen toes.......but smiles on their faces!
